The minimum stay is typically 3 nights during regular season and 5–7 nights during peak season (Christmas / New Year / Chinese New Year). Shorter stays may be available on request.

Yes, a refundable security deposit is collected prior to arrival and returned within 7 days after check-out, subject to a property inspection.

Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is by 11:00. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability.

Children of all ages are welcome. The villa features a multi-level layout with pool, so parental supervision is essential. Pets are not permitted.

Airport transfers can be arranged as an add-on service. We offer private car pickup from Samui Airport (USM), approximately 15 minutes drive to the villa.

Full refund for cancellations made 30+ days before arrival. 50% refund for 15–29 days. No refund for less than 15 days. We recommend travel insurance.
